This page explains, in plain language, what happens to information you share with Rockford Ventures through this website.

What we collect

When you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, work email, company and message. That is the only personal information this site asks for.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. Form messages are stored in our customer relationship system, HubSpot, which processes them on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It reports aggregate numbers and does not use cookies. This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages as long as they are useful for an ongoing conversation or a business record, and no longer than we need to.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email info@rockfordventures.com and we will take care of it.

Client data

This page covers the website only. Data we work with during an engagement, such as Costpoint records, is governed by the written agreement for that engagement, which sets where it is processed and who can see it.
